SAMUEL OKORONKWO’S EXPERIENCE

Samuel Okoronkwo initially trained and practiced as a Quantity Surveyor, beginning his career with the world’s first Quantity Surveying Firm, Henry Cooper & Sons. As his career progressed, Samuel spent many years as a Construction Project Manager; a role which saw him responsible for the planning, organising, directing and delivery of multi-million-pound construction and engineering projects. Some of these include the Harlequin Shopping Centre in Watford and the regeneration of London’s Canary Wharf business district.

Having also worked as a Property Developer for several years, Samuel is familiar with the complex issues that surround land assembly, design development, planning consents, project financing, development appraisals and asset disposal and retention.

Samuel has also held several senior managerial, in-house counsel and directorship positions in commerce, corporations and law firms including roles which saw him have full profit responsibility for business planning and delivery, including corporate governance.

Samuel’s work as an FA registered lawyer has seen him advise and represent high profile personnel, football clubs and organisations in the sports industry.
